بدگمانی کسی کے بارے میں اچھا گمان نہ رکھنے کو بد گمانی کہا جاتا ہے۔ بغیر کسی تحقیق کے اپنے دل میں طرح طرح کے خیالات پیدا کرتے رہنا کوئی اچھی عادت نہیں جہاں کسی دو شخصوں کو دیکھا کہ وہ کوئی بات چیت کر رہے ہیں تو اپنے دل میں یہ سوچ پیدا کر لینا کہ وہ میرے خلاف ہی کچھ کر رہے ہیں،بدگمانی کے زمرے میں شمار ہوگا یہ عادت بہت بری ہے اور اللہ تعالی نے اسے گناہ قرار دیا ہے لہٰذا جب تک واضح دلیل سے کسی بات کا یقین نہ ہو جائے ہرگز ہرگز بے بنیاد گمان سے کوئی رائے قائم نہیں کرنی چاہیے کیونکہ حضور اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بدگمانی سے منع فرمایا ہے۔ حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا بدگمانی سے بچو۔ کیوں کہ بدگمانی سب سے جھوٹی بات ہے۔اور ایک دوسرے کی عیب جوئی نہ کرو، باتیں چھپ کر نہ سنو، برتری نہ جتاؤ، حسد نہ کرو، عداوت نہ رکھو، اور پیٹھ پیچھے برائی نہ کرو۔ اور اللہ کے حضور آپس میں بھائی بھائی بن جاؤ۔ (بخاری شریف)

ذبح اسلام نے حلال جانور کو کھانے کے لئے اس کے جسم سے جان نکالنے کا جو طریقہ مقرر کیا ہے اسے ذبح کہا جاتا ہے ۔ اللہ نے ذبح کے طریقے کو حلال قرار دیا اس کے علاوہ کسی طریقے سے جانور سے گوشت حاصل کرنا درست نہیں۔ ذبح کے بارے میں ارشاد باری تعالٰی ہے کہ:۔ تم پر مرا ہوا جانور اور (بہتا) لہو اور سور کا گوشت اور جس چیز پر خدا کے سوا کسی اور کا نام پکارا جائے اور جو جانور گلا گھٹ کر مر جائے اورجو چوٹ لگ کرمر جائے اور جو گر کر مر جائے اور جو سینگ لگ کر مر جائے یہ سب حرام ہیں اور وہ جانور بھی جس کو درندے چیڑ پھاڑ کر کھا جائیں مگر جس کو تم (مرنے سے پہلے) ذبح کرلو اور وہ جانور بھی جو تھان پر ذبح کیا جائے اور یہ حرام ہے کہ تم پانسے ڈالو۔ یہ سب کچھ فسق ہے (مائدہ:۳) :قربانی کاجانور قربانی کا سب سے نچلا درجہ بکری ہے. اور یہ قربانی تین طرح کے جانوروں سے دی جا سکتی ہے. اونٹ, گائے اور بکری ان سب میں سے ثنٰی وہ اونٹ جو چھٹے سال میں ہو اور گائے جو تیسرے سال میں اور بکری جو دوسرے سال میں لگی ہو کافی ہو گی . یا اس سے زیادہ عمر کا جانور ان میں سے ہی۔ مگر دنبہ نہ

"Sunah Acts For The MOnth Of Zil Hijjah" “There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these 10 days.” The people asked, “Not even Jihad for the sake of Allah?” He said, “Not even Jihad for the sake of Allah, except in the case of a man who went out to fight giving himself and his wealth up for the cause, and came back with nothing” (Bukhari). Fasting of zil hijjah: It is Sunnah for the Muslim to fast on the first nine days of Zil Hajj, because fasting is one of the best of deeds.
